How to Book Tickets

Booking is now closed for the 2007 Canterbury Festival.  Booking will reopen for the 2008 Canterbury Festival in August 2008.
In Person
The Festival Box Office, located in the Canterbury Tourist Information Centre (opposite the Cathedral entrance in the Buttermarket), is open Monday-Saturday 9.30am-4.30pm and Sunday 10am-3.30pm. Booking for the General Public opens on Monday 13 August (except for events at the Marlowe Theatre which open on 20 August) 		 

By Phone
The Festival Box Office can accept telephone bookings for all coded events except those at the Marlowe Theatre, Gulbenkian Theatre, and Theatre Royal Margate. Tickets for these events should be booked directly with the theatres.

Reservations are provisional until payment is received and are released after 5 working days.

Forms will be processed from 13 August, except those with requests for tickets for events at the Marlowe Theatre. These will be processed from 20 August.

Please note that it may take some weeks to dispatch your tickets.

New for 2007: Tickets for Festival events (excluding Gulbenkian, Marlowe and Theatre Royal) can be booked securely here.

Refunds and Exchanges
