How to Book Tickets

Booking for the 2009 Canterbury Festival is now closed.

Next year's Canterbury Festival takes place from 16-31 October 2010.

In Person
The Festival Box Office, located in the Canterbury Information Centre (opposite the Cathedral entrance in The Buttermarket), is open Monday-Saturday 10am – 5pm. Also open Sunday 11, 18, 25 October.

The Festival Box Office can accept telephone bookings for all coded events.
Reservations are provisional until payment is received and are released after 4 working days. Please note that there is a £2 booking fee for telephone bookings and 80p postage.

Forms will be processed from 10 August.  Please note that it may take some weeks to dispatch your tickets. Please note that there is a £2 booking fee for postal bookings plus 80p postage.

Tickets for Festival events can be booked securely on this website.

Simply navigate to the event you would like to book tickets for, and click the Book Now Button.  You will be asked to register your address details as a new user first, then can proceed with your booking.

General Booking
There are also online booking facilities at www.gulbenkiantheatre.co.uk and
www.theatreroyalmargate.com for events at those theatres during general booking.

 

 
Concessions
Concessions, where available, are detailed in brackets in the ticket price sections of each event listing.
 
Refunds and Exchanges
Unfortunately tickets cannot be exchanged or money refunded.
 
   

Important Information

The booking fee is charged per transaction not per ticket. This is an
unavoidable administration cost and no proceeds from this fee will go to the
