St Clement's Parish Church, Knightrider Street, Sandwich CT13 9ER

The celebrated acoustic in this beautiful Church, with its fine music tradition, is excellent for Choral Music and the Organ, rebuilt in 1995, provides wonderful accompaniment and regular opportunities for solo recitals. St Clement's was built to recognise the medieval importance of the port of Sandwich. A major project to rebuild the central Norman Tower was completed in 2010. The 15th century octagonal font shows the Tudor Rose, the Arms of the Cinque Ports and those of England and France.
