Canterbury Auction Galleries

The Canterbury Auction Galleries will be opening its doors for an evening with Director of the Canterbury Auction Galleries Dave Parker. In addition to a fascinating talk, audience members will be given the opportunity to enjoy a private view of the latest auction sale lots (a veritable treasure trove of items) while enjoying complimentary wine and nibbles.

Crocodiles and Kings

After last year's talk on Hogarth and his walk around Kent, in particular the Isle of Sheppey, Dave has received many requests from the attendees (including The High Sherriff of Kent, George Jessel) for more interesting facts involving the Island. This talk will hopefully inspire many of you to see this historic part of Kent in a new light.

Schedule of the evening:

18:00 - Private preview of Auction Galleries’ sale while enjoying complimentary wine and nibbles

19:00 - Talk

20:00 - A chance to meet the speaker

Tickets: £15
